About

I’m a current Doctor working in the NHS. I grew up in Halifax in West Yorkshire and always wanted to be an actress! After working as a receptionist during my A-levels I was inspired to train as a Doctor.

I undertook a 1 year foundation course at the University of Bradford and then went on to study Medicine at the University of Sheffield. Since graduating I’ve worked in Harrogate, Bradford, Calderdale, Huddersfield and the University of Manchester. I’m currently 2 years into training to be a GP. I’m currently out of programme working as Leadership Fellow with Health Education England.

I’m passionate about the NHS and gender equality. Outside of work I enjoy holidays, am dram and wine!
